“I came to this location to get a trailer hitch installed after a frustrating experience elsewhere. I had originally booked an appointment at another site, only to arrive and be told they didn't have anyone on-site to install hitches. It is baffling that the website allows bookings at locations that do not offer the service.
Fortunately, this location got it right. I booked online, called the day before to confirm, and they completed the installation the next day exactly as promised.
The only downside was the wait time. The job took over five hours, and there was nowhere to sit. They did give me advance notice that the car needed to be dropped off, but living eight miles away without a ride, I ended up walking nearby, browsing local stores, and reading to pass the time.
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the installation was done properly, and everything ultimately went off without a hitch!”

“My whole experience with Penske was great. Staff called me a few days and let me know they wouldn't have a van there at that time. He said I could pick it up further away or he could have someone drive it over to the original pickup location. I suggested the lather and told him I'm getting a ride there so I'll get there about 630am. He felt bad I'd have to wait until 9am so he had a staff member drive it over first thing at 7am. I was omw to haul our stuff at about 745am - 8am. New cargo van too. Only had 172 mi on it. Backup camera is awesome. My drop off location also have 24 hour key drop off. LOVED! I dropped it off that same night with tank full. They will charge you $8/gal if you make them do it lolI would for sure rent from Penske again and refer them as well!”
“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed”
“The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.”

“I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”
