Promised me I'd have my title within a week thanks to them expediting the process to avoid the usual 2-4 week process.
It's been fourteen days and it still hasn't arrived. Thanks a lot. Now I can't sell my car and I'm about to be 5k in the hole.
I wouldn't be upset if I hadn't been assured of a certain time frame, which I then planned around.

Carol’s auto tags is outstanding. I have now used them on multiple occasions and their professionalism, focus on detail and patience and kindness is rare. I watched as they dealt with multiple individuals and they could not have been more helpful. I frankly think that they are under pricing their skills and for that in this day and age is outstanding. I would highly recommend them and coming from a law background, I can tell you that they are irreplaceable in today’s marketplace.

This notary is the closest one to my home, but I will now always be happy to drive any distance to give a different notary my business. Is it too much to ask for a pleasant employee? I was treated very rudely and did not even get my questions answered. When I said I guess I would have to go elsewhere to get the information I needed, she said, "go ahead"! Guess they don't care about customer service here... great business...

Carol helped me sign my totaled vehicle’s title in a pinch. The person who wrecked my vehicle had the worst insurance agents and Carol was able to help me understand the process and how the seller info is typically different when insurance takes ownership. Learned a lot!Wasn’t too stoked about the lingering ciggy smoke smell but whatever. I went on 2pm on a Friday and was in/out in 15mins. East transaction. It might’ve been higher than what I paid at other places but she has a breadth of knowledge to help me understand the process. Thx Carol.
