Rich and Jim were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic when I was in the shop today. They were attentive right as I walked in and were very helpful in answering the questions I had, definitely a step above any smoke shop experience I’ve had.

Jim was very helpful and explained in detail what the effects would be for each different strain of Kratom capsules. As well as explaining the strains, he explained the proper dosage amount for my weight and tolerance level, since I had not been the one to purchase it in the past so I didn’t know. Instead of him pushing to make a sale, he was upfront and honest. I highly recommend this store to anyone but especially to anyone whom is just curious and need guidance. (Ask for Jim)

I bought Korthal's No. 265 Kratom Extract and recently, the bottles come without the eyedropper. Considering the price of this 15ml bottle, 30 dollars, it would be nice if it came with the applicator to actually measure the dose. It's sad that I'm forced to scrounge for a used one to actually use their product because they wanted to save 2 cents.

Felix was so amazing! Decent customer service is hard to come but to find excellent customer service is definitely something worth mentioning! I, like others, wound up in the wawa parking lot wondering "where did I go wrong?" or in my case "is Google maps messing with me?" ?. Despite the huge display and van out front ? ?. Naturally I called for help... initially put off by the automated operator before getting a person on the phone ... in swoops Felix with his amazing people skills he was able to spot me by my shoes and obvious confusion waaaayyy across on the other side of the gas pumps looking in the wrong direction I hear an echo of his voice "hey I'm over here! I'm jumping up can you see me?" There he was standing directly in the glare of the ? Felix along with his coworker (forgive me for not remembering your name you were so informative and beyond helpful! )who completed my order were by far the most knowledgeable in all the various shops who sell cbd kratom and many other products.

Really nice atmosphere and staff! Walked in and was greeted by Hateem and Felix. Both were informative and friendly, I never felt rushed or forced to buy. I loved that I was actually able to take my time and view product. Definitely made me want to come back!

Great store with amazing staff! I've bought from CBD Kratom in Media several times and every sales associate I've spoken to was knowledgable and friendly. Last time I was in the store, I spoke with sales associates Kaya and Felix, and we were having a great time joking about the changes in the Cannabis market as they explained the different products and their effects. I highly recommend this store in particular if you are new to CBD/Kratom/THC products and want a nonjudgemental environment to learn more.

Great store and great vibes! Kaya and Felix always help me have a good time during my time in shop. They are educated in there merchandise and know what works best for you. The THC Cream Soda was great and worked well, I also like there chocolates and Amanita gummies.
