My company uses CrafTech for all of our IT needs. I don't have the most interaction with them, but i will say this when i do need support my issues are always resolved. Josif is usually the one that helps me out. He is very patient with me as when it comes to tech I turn into a grandpa. He does a diligent job to practice the process of elimination and resolve my issues in a timely manner!

Trouble with getting an email address at work with my name given incorrectly! So the email wouldn't work & then my name signing on was changed too! Josif was able to resolve both issues quickly, considering I was on 3rd shift & didn't respond back right away!

When our company was looking for a IT solution company we reviewed several in the area. After we met the CrafTech team and their approach we decided to go with them as they had the best approach and cost. Well we were extremely satisfied with our decision. We have had CrafTech for over 12 years now. They have sim have simplified our IT completely. They maintain servers, software, virus protection and equipment. We no longer have to worry about a hack or intrusion. We do not have to worry about computers or laptop operating slowly.
