I have no choice but to use CVS because of our flawed medical system. This store is by far, the worst I’ve dealt with… I feel bad for the store staff. Lost prescriptions, no supply, really poorly managed.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go to pick up a prescription it is either not ready hours later, or they say they never got a script even though I have confirmation that the script was sent (and it's from multiple medical practices, not just one office). Without fail there is always a problem. Stay away.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Cancelled a prescription for no reason and did not notify. Portal says to call the pharmacy, which I did. Spent 1-1/2 hours on hold. Corporate seriously needs to look at the pharmacy staffing in this store

Where do I begin. This CVS is the most understaffed, dysfunctional pharmacy I’ve ever been in. They don’t answer the phone, then when you go in, there’s a line of 8-10 angry customers, when you get to the front of the line the pharmacy staff are so overworked and burned out they are complete jerks to you.I asked the woman who helped me if corporate knew how understaffed and backed up they were and she told me “yeah, they know and they don’t care.” After tonight, we’re going to switch our prescriptions to somewhere else. If you need anything even remotely time sensitive (prescriptions usually are!) I would not recommend this place.

Taking forever or you are unable to talk them your medicine I give them no stars but unable. I also be prepared for 20-40 wait in person or car.

10/24. So disappointed. Ive been going here for years. Service was efficient in the pharmacy up until a week ago. There are new staff members, only 1 pharmacistI waited 4 days for a script to be renewed even though they had it before the due date. No one picked up the phone the 3 times I called. I went in person last nite telling the pharmacist I was 4 days late with my injection. It was only then the script was filled an hour later during which time I witnessed 4 other customers being told their scripts weren't ready all the while the phone ringing and ringing. Really disappointed. Doesn't feel like a safe place anymore to get scripts filled. Im changing to a totally different store. There wasn't enough staff. But not answering the phone and leave it ringing and ringing. I was wondering as I waited if the person trying to get through had an emergency question for the pharmacist. Another customer said she tried to get through for 3 days and no one picked up. No wonder this store now has a 2.3 rating. Please hire more people in the pharmacy and insist they pick up the phone!

They customer service are bad and they don't care about the customer and time. They told me waiting for few minutes but end of I was there for hour. And they aren't respectful at all. And end of they didn't give half of my medication.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. People just don't care about customer service, particularly Geri Fahy. (pictures of the pharmacists are displayed) I was notified that my prescriptions were ready. I went in to pick up three days later because I was expecting two which were not yet ready. When I went in to pick up I was told the original 3 "were put back ". When I asked why they were put back I was told "your guess is as good as mine. The pharmacists have their picture displayed so you know who is giving the subpar service.

On Thursday was my first time visiting CVS in the media are usually go to Brookhaven but unfortunately they have not been able to give me my medication as needed. I called over here and they had my stuff in stock when I arrive Thursday night the young lady, Kate in the drive-through she was very pleasant and helpful, she explain to me about my medication’s and the reason why it’s been so hard to get what I needed. She went above and beyond what Brookhaven Which I am grateful for very nice and pleasant young lady CVS should be glad to have her as an employee. Kate, Thank you very much that was a good experience, unlike what I’ve had at other CVS locations.

My daughter has Celiac Disease (a serious autoimmune disease). When I questioned whether the medication ordered for her was gluten free I was told, “You’ll know after the first dose.” Absolutely unacceptable advice from a pharmacist!
