I’m super happy to say that Dana from the State St. Media, PA, Edible location has been extremely responsive and helpful after I had an issue with some of the store staff. My mom had just passed away and an issue with delivery occurred and I called the store. After poor customer service from a staff member, I obtained assistance from the store owner, Dana, who sent a new bouquet (actually for my daughter from her friends due to her grandmother’s passing). Dana also assured me that no other customer should or would endure the treatment that I had (which was my main concern in actually contacting an owner). Dana was extremely compassionate and understanding during a hard time for our family. I strongly recommend this store as the owners obviously care about excellent customer service!!! Thank you Dana!!!!

I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day. I got an email saying it was delivered, but it indeed never was. I called the next day and they said they were having trouble with DoorDash who was doing the delivery and it would be re-delivered that day. Again, it was never delivered. That was three weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the refund I was promised. Every time I call, I am told the manager will call me back or the refund is on its way. Today I called and the manager had such an attitude with me and still insisted the refund is on its way. I have never had such poor customer service. I have ordered arrangements from other locations and never had a problem. I will never be ordering from this location ever again.

Placed an order Friday before Mother’s Day to be delivered Saturday NO communication from the store. Order was delivered 2 days after Mother’s Day. Called asked to speak with the mgr, left name and number still NO communication still waiting for a refund. I had to dispute with cc company to get this done. DON’T place an order here nothing but a NIGHTMARE.

Ordered a fruit basket for Mother’s Day that was promised to be delivered and it never came. Ruined Mother’s Day for me and was a complete embarrassment. Requested my money back and made several phone calls and have not spoken to any rep yet nor have I received my money back

Do not waste your time or money. The service here is horrible and you will not be able to speak to anyone. They will give you the wrong order. Do not pick delivery because they don't have any delivery driver.

I had placed my order Friday morning was supposed to arrive before 7 and never came and no one ever called. I had to call and talked to a lady at your media establishment while she was laughing with her coworkers on the phone and was told system was down and she had promised me that my order would be delivered at 10am Saturday. My order once again didn't arrive till 4:53 at which it looked like it was dropped and all chocolate was melt contacted your media establishment once again and asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give me a refund till they picked up the Arrangement if you can even consider it an arrangement which was never picked up and never given a refund. I had to personally deliver the order to your store myself because obviously you guys aren't reliable and or capable of providing the service I paid for I had paid nearly 100$ and this is a disgrace. I also have a picture of when it showed up and looks absolutely horrible and humiliating that something like that would even be delivered after charging me 100$. Will never be back to your establishment and will make sure that I tell everyone not to come and or order from your location.

I ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and couldn't be more frustrated or dissapointed. Firstly I ordered the bouquet at least 1-2 days in advance of the scheduled delivery (and it wasn't like it's a cheap bouquet). The order status never changed to dispatched - it just said (and stills says) order was being created. I called my sister several times throughout the day to see if anything arrived and it hadn't. I called the store before they closed at 6pm and no one picked up.
When my sister left for work this morning the boquet was found on her front doorstep (now ruined from sitting outside). The store claims to have delivered it and called her at 6:30pm, but there was no calls on her phone (she sent me a screen shot). The woman at the Media edible arrangements was so incredibly rude to me on the phone and kept telling me that it was delivered so they held up their end of the bargain and sometimes phone calls go to spam and can't be seen - which isn't a thing on iphones.
Anyway - I'm frustrated I spent $100 on an arrangement to be delivered that was ruined and they now refuse to refund (and have been super unkind about). When I asked to speak to a manager the woman on the phone told me she was a manager - so I asked to speak to the owner...she said that wasn't an option and I can only speak to her or call corporate. So here I am writing a review. Which I never do. Because I feel like I need to warn other people from wasting their money and hoping someone will get a nice gift that doesn't show up on time.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a large arrangement from photo on website &paid extra for strawberries and apples dipped in chocolate and this is what was delivered. Very disappointed in sparse and sloppy arrangement thrown together at this Media location.

Ordered over a week before V day and I never received the order, never told me it wouldn't be coming, blamed it on Uber, wanted to bring it by feb 15th. Absolutely unacceptable.
