worst place!! Fiancé ordered 3 days ago to have flowers and chocolates here today at 9 Am. Called spoke to a Samantha who laughed on the phone and said “ oh wow” asked to speak to manager which first they started manager wasn’t there then they said they were but did not want to speak to call back tomorrow they were out of strawberries. My package was out for delivery since 5? They are a complete joke.

Don’t use this place the use moldy fruit they have mice running rampant throughout the store leaving poop all over the ground and tables where they prepare food! The store never gets cleaned the manager don’t care about anything the pipes smell like rotten eggs coming out of them all around it’s nasty and the health inspector needs to be called

I spent almost $100 on fruit just because I wanted really good fruit. I have always had the best fruit from Edible Arrangements until this past Saturday. The fruit was sour and old and non Edible. I am very disappointed as I complained to the store and corporate and they haven't reached out yet to make it right. That's a lot of money for something I couldn't even eat!!!

I sent edibles to my mother as a birthday gift. I ordered drink bombs and chocolate covered fruit. The drink bombs were missing. When notified, edibles refused to deliver the order but still charged me the the $62 delivery fee and I had to buy another gift for my mom and send it late. Very poor customer service.

very bad experience. attempted one delivery and would not leave the order, redeliver and refused to refund order. Was paid to deliver on a specific day and could not do that either. From looking at all the other reviews and the discourteous front desk person, they do not care about the customer at all. Do not do business with these people. I would rate them lower if possible.

I order from this location every year for the same mentor's birthday. It's always delivered perfectly and they are so thoughtful about timing etc... Very impressed by the manager, Karen, who is super cheerful and on top of things and has a great team in place too. Will continue to order in future years

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! My coworkers and I put in a order last Friday to be delivered for Wednesday to a business and it WAS NOT DELIVERED until after 5:45PM Of course everyone was gone home for the day. So I called the next day because I never received a phone call an email NOTHING!! The manager said they have 1 driver to deliver in the Kansas City Area That's not my Problem VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called customer service a guy named Raja answered he was unprofessional as well very nonchalant like he didn't care but of course he didn't it wasn't his money. The order was Over $100 so I'm very confused and disappointed. I Cancelled The Order And Ordered Somewhere Else!!! JUST GO TO REAL PROFESSIONALS and Get Your Money's Worth!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate covered fruit/cakes to send to my mother on her retirement day. I ordered them a WEEK in advance and paid $25 in shipping to ensure they were delivered on her final day of work as a congratulations. The order was delivered FOUR days LATE!!! Needless to say she no longer works there, so she had to make a special trip in to the office to pick up the wilted flours, and spoiled fruit that smelled so horrible she could hardly open the box. To top it all off, they were strawberries instead of the pineapple that was supposed to be included. The absolute WORST service ever. I would NEVER depend on this company to deliver a gift for a special occasion again. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE.

I placed an order for my mother's 89th birthday and it never arrived. I called the company three times with no response. I emailed them after complaining that my mother got no birthday present and they sent me a cancellation of my order. No explanation no apology no offer to correct their mistake. Nothing. I did get my money back, but my mothers birthday was without me. I would never use them again. BTW, I placed the order two weeks before her birthday.

This is the Best Edible Arrangements location I have ever ordered from. Jerry is kind, patient and great with clear communication and customer service. It was an excellent experience all around. I will order from here again.

I had ordered for my mother's birthday last year and they canceled it. This for Mother's day I would go all out. I ordered she never received it. I called customer service and had to leave a message-to date I have NEVER received a call back. I didn't not even get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! They ruined her birthday last year and Mother's Day this year.

Do NOT order from this location. Ordered for same day delivery.They delivered someone else's order to the people I had sent an arrangement to, then tried to deliver what I ordered to the people that were to receive the order my recipients received. I called the store and spoke with the manager who would not wait to hear my complaint but continued to over talk me until I said, Can I please finish what I am saying? They were going to deliver the same tray they tried to deliver yesterday to the wrong people/address but today to the people I had intended it to be delivered to until I told them NO if they were going to do that it had to be a fresh tray not yesterdays platter. After much back and forth, they did deliver the right items to the addresses they were intended for however with no offer of even a partial refund. It wasn't until I said I paid for delivery which I felt I should be refunded did they offer to refund the delivery charge only. Customer Service is definitely lacking at this location and honestly all the way up to corporate. I will not order again from any Edible Arrangements after reading some other reviews online. Take a minute and search reviews for Edible Arrangements and you'll change your mind as well.

I order from Edible Arrangements 3 times. 2 in Woodbridge, VA AND1 in San Antonio, TX.The very first was great, came on time. No problem at all.The second just before mother's day, not so good. I went to pick it up on Friday and they didn't had the roses that supposed to go with that. Also they have them in hiper freezer or something like that. So they gave me something to filled up my bouquet telling me to put it in ice for 2 days.Mother's day came my wife was happy but the roses lasts only couple of days.The third order was online also for my daughter's graduation.They never leave the days it supposed to be. Went one day after and only leave the strawberries but not the flowers.After calling the Sam Antonio store finally get in touch with the manager.She told can refund just st the roses or send another bouguet and a dozen of strawberries ( first time were only 6)I agreed for the resend but after talking with my daughter she received a 12 of variety of fruit and no 12 strawberries.So for my this was like a lottery.I just won the first time. The other two not so good.So my advice, check first.
