We offer weekly, meditation, yoga, private healing sessions for massage, bio energy, reiki and spiritual attuning. We offer a monthly drum circle, and workshops. We offer two monthly reiki shares. We offer a monthly grief healing workshop, every last Sunday of the month. If one is wishing to take an inward turn into their life, it is a good place to get a taste for what that might feel like. Life can be hard for so many, getting stuck is easy, getting unstuck is sacred work. That work is self-love. Please go to our website, and click on classes to see what is available that speaks to you. Good to note that we are open when there are classes and events. One must call for private sessions to schedule an appointment.
