Efficient appointment, not a lot of waiting around. Routine appointment for full check up with contacts and glasses, was in and out in an hour. Staff is professional and friendly.

I almost lost my eye thanks to his cavalier attitude when I told him (Jahnlee) something was not right. He disregarded my concerns, acted as if I was acting like a complaining baby, and said come back in 30 days. I went home and came back in 3 days and had to have emergency eye surgery (not by him) because my eye was leaking and losing pressure. Had I listened to him and waited a month I would be missling my left eye right now. Do not go to him, don't risk you eyes.

Dr Jahnle and his staff were very friendly and professional. I had my first cataract surgery done. Dr Jahnle and his staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly both before and after surgery. Hoping for just as good results with my second eye surgery.

My appointment was as smooth as one could ask for! Wait time was under 5minutes. The staff was professional, friendly and very efficient. The young lady in the optics area where I went to fill my prescription was the best! Friendly, funny and just a joy. Not to forget professional, she explained all the nuances of my insurance coverage. Cheers!!

Easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Check-in smooth,; was seen within 5 minutes of arriving; thorough (annual) examination; clarity on all results from pleasant assistants and Dr. Jahnle. Great group of providers. Only problem was finding parking in a very full garage. Hope Riddles' construction moves along more quicky.

Don't buy eyeglasses from Jahnle. I ordered glasses over 6 weeks ago. They had told me they would be ready in 3 weeks. There has been no communication explaining the long delay. They don't answer the phone. They send us to voicemail. They have not responded to my request for the status left on voicemail.

Really great experience. The staff and doctors were incredibly friendly. They didn't use the machine that blows air on your eye. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my visit. I would highly recommend this practice. The only negative was the $3 heavily congested parking lot, but the doctors office has no control over that so I won't take that out on them.
