Very rude staff. Scheduling team did not provide necessary information to complete appointment. Completely wasted our time with a young child these appointments are hard to manage, and LabCorp should have more understanding for people’s precious time

They have lost test results and samples, scheduling an appointment online is impossible, the place is absolutely filthy and the staff are unfriendly and seem to resent having to be there. I can’t believe this is the type of place where people are sent for medical labs.

The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.

The staff and phlebotomists are very friendly, professional, and efficient, I was in and out in under 15 minutes and they were clear on what my costs would be w/o insurance before any work was done.

Went to this location for my lab work. The appt went well with fast registration. Candice,, the phlebotomist, was friendly and very pleasant. That always helps.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Nothing is friendly or positive about any experiences I ever had at this place. From the receptionist to the technicians they do poor job. As a family we all had bad experiences there, never going back! Avoid it at all cost!

I was seen very quickly upon arriving, and the staff was very friendly, especially for a Monday morning! My bloodwork was incredibly smooth, and probably the most gentle needle prick I have had in a very long time. Overall I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

My husband dropped off a sample in my child's name with a script from my child's pediatrician. After a few weeks, the doctor didn't get the results. After several phone calls, I found that they processed the sample in my husband's name, billed insurance in his name, and submitted the results to the pediatrician in his name. Eventually, they raised the issue high enough that results were resubmitted to the doctor in my child's name. We were assured the billing and insurance would be updated too. Just got a letter threatening collection for the unpaid bill with my husband listed as the patient. With all the checks and balances in the medical field and lab settings, I'm appalled the name mishap wasn't caught before the sample was even tested. The sample, script, and scheduled drop off appointment were all in child's name so I'm really confused why there was such an issue. Additional testing was required and another lab corp location was used with zero problems.

Absolutely appalled for how they treated my mother! She needed a few blood tests done to recheck her levels. The first time she had her blood drawn they did all the tests at the same time, that was a good experience. This time they messed up and only sent out for 2 of the tests. She went back to have the other tests done and she was treated SO BADLY by the lady at the window and my mom was blamed for THEIR mistakes. When my mom asked why this test was now all of a sudden so much more expensive even though it’s the same amount of tests she was humiliated in front of the other guest and yelled at “make up your mind if you want the test done or not”. Absolutely disgraceful and disappointing this is how patients are treated here.

Overall my very first experience ever at this LabCorp location today Saturday June 22 2024 was amazing and the man who did me and my mom's blood test was amazing and I didn't even feel it
