This is weeks of neglect not proper management I will be contacting the health dept before they make one of my neighbors seriously ill

The front loading washers are disgusting. There is leftover fabric softener that is caked in. I pushed cold water and hot water came out. Looks like the owners never come by and clean it. No number to call for help. The place should be shut down!!!
