There are so many items available. My daughter likes to create her own tee shirts. The staff is very helpful and reviewed coupons available.

Now there is no one at the registers at all. It's all self service with
no one to help if needed. Walked the whole store twice trying to find someone to help me find something. There were NO EMPLOYEES in the store!

Other options available! The Michael's in Granite Run 19063 is absolutely awful. I will never go there again. It's further away, but I will go to Hobby Lobby from now on!

I went to Michael's for my first time . They were not busy. One employee sitting down. No one greeted me. No one checked me out. In fact they continued talking at the counter while i checked out. I paid about 70 dollars for my items. Thank you for ignoring me completely

Horrible customer service! I came in to look for some flash cards, asked the first person and was told to go to aisle 56 and that was incorrect, so I walked around to look for another staff and when I greeted her, she already looked annoyed. I proceed to ask her the question if she knows where the flash cards are and she responded back so quick and rude! “Don’t have any” I wish I got her name! She was so rude and can really just ruin someone’s day by that attitude of hers.

I just want to say I had a very pleasant experience at the Media, PA, store. I am always satisfied with my purchases, but what made this last trip special was the kind and sweet sales associate that helped me maneuver through self-serve; between coupons and promotions, I couldn't get it to accept the transaction.
Toby, the sweetest and friendliest cashier, led me through the process with her knowledge and nice demeanor; even her nice manager praised Toby as invaluable.
Thank you, Michaels, and a big thank you to Toby. She is an asset to your corporation.

The store was wonderful it had the flowers l needed, also l was able to purchase the color of yarn that l needed the only Flaw was the cashier l didn't get her name but it was around 2:00 she was the only one on the register she was involved with a customer talking for well over 15 minutes after she finished ringing up the person items meanwhile I was in line waiting l have problems with my knees so standing for a length of time really take a toll on me l wouldn't have been upset if the conversation they were having pertain to the store it was very inconsiderate for the cashier to totally ignore the next paying customer.Thank you
