“If you are looking for a piano mover, I highly recommend Duffy. I got several quotes to to move my childhood baby grand from my parents' house in South Jersey to my home in Delco. They weren't the cheapest, but their reviews were far better than the two others I considered. I was willing to pay more to ensure my piano was well cared for. The scheduling was easy and the Kerri was very friendly. The moving men were very friendly and professional. My parents called me after they picked up the piano and raved about them, which my parents rarely do. We experienced a very similar experience on our side. They are efficient and even provided some tips on how to clean off the piano and local piano tuners.
The 4.9 rating is the real deal. Look no further if you're looking for a great experience.”

“Great customer service!! I was able to get my UPACK delivered on time. The process was very simple. I usually haul my own household goods. But, I wanted to try to use a carrier. I compared prices and the time it would take before I received it. My household goods arrived earlier than expected and enabled me to get moved in my new home the next day. Despite the cost, it was well worth it! I wasn't rushed to unpack and had more than enough time to get everything unloaded. The best thing was not having to pay until the household goods were ready to ship out to my home. If I had to, I would do it all over again.”

They were always on time, made my home cleaner than when they arrived after finishing for the day, and always explained everything in detail if I had any questions.
With any home improvement project, you can expect some changes or speed bumps along the way. With them working on a home built in the 1950s, the job I asked them to do was no exception and they always had a solution for every issue that showed itself during the project.

“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed”
“Truck was reserved 7am came in received the truck, put exact estimated mileage didn’t pay a penny more reserved it for 12 hours only used it for 6. No damages no problems with the truck I can only imagine the negative reviews are the people who did things they weren’t supposed to do, you know like drive like a moron and smoke weed in the trucks. Only reason it’s a 4 star was the smoke smell in cab other then that it was a quick and painless procedure people on here just need to be a little more intelligent and purchase the right thing instead of giving a good place bad reviews because they can’t drive or follow rules of U-Hauls policy I’d recommend this place no problems!”
