I made an appointment with them through Zocdoc. The staff were warm, personable, and patient every step of the way. They took time to make sure any questions I had were answered, and thoroughly explained every step of the process throughout my exam. I cannot recommend them enough!

My dog sat on my glasses and bent the frames so I Went to get new frames. Anisa asked me to let her see if they had the frames and she came back with my frame fixed. She did great work and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Anisa from the Media office.
