While out in the field working, I needed to make a specimen drop-off at Quest Diagnostics. I arrived shortly before closing, but the staff was still very welcoming, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and excellent customer service, especially at the end of their workday.

Mona is very efficient at what she does and is also very friendly. The Media location is my favorite.

Easy parking, no waiting with a prior appointment, excellent technician and you are on your way . Don’t think it took more than ten minutes from check in to walking out the door!
