Had a run around about the piano after telling me they could move it.
Now they want 900 more dollars to move the piano after quoting me 750 over the phone for the whole entire house.

We hired Ramsey’s to move my parents from independent living to assisted living at Granite Farm Estates. They did a great job! They were good at communicating as we prepared for the move and they were very accommodating.

I’m the one who hired this company, and I just want to set the record straight. These guys were professional, polite, and worked hard the entire time. They definitely don’t deserve a one-star review.
If there was any trash left behind, that’s likely on me. I was rushing to get out of there and may have dropped a few things myself. They cleaned up after themselves, and I had zero complaints.
It’s a shame to see a bad review from someone who wasn’t even the customer. If anyone had questions or concerns, I wish they would’ve asked me first. I’d absolutely hire this crew again.

I had to get a 600 lb. commercial oven from the first floor to the basement without the use of stairs, and Ramsey's did it easily. The crew was great, friendly, and on time. They safely and easily got my oven where it needed to be so I could continue with opening my business. I will be using them again and would reccomend them to anyone who needs any heavy equipment moved.

If you are looking for a moving company to move your furniture I highly recommend that you use this company. I have very expensive imported furniture. The movers that came were kind, considerate and cautious with all of my furniture. They took the time to carefully wrap my furniture and even laid down mats to ensure that my floors would not sustain any scratches during the moving process. I have never seen movers be so thoughtful. They treated my things as though they personally owned them. They were awesome!!!

Amazing experience with Ramseys. Their owner was extremely helpful and when others said it couldn't be done he was able to get my massive fridge up stairs with zero clearance around and made no damage. Worth every penny.

Scott and his team completed a fairly complicated move that no other moving company had experience with or were willing to help us with. We had a new washer and dryer set moved in through our second story window via rigging system that Scott and his team set up for us. Scott was confident from the get go and put my mind at ease as I had nearly lost hope this job would ever get done. Scott's commutation was impeccable throughout the process. The move itself was a little bit stressful but his team completed the job keeping both our home and appliances in tack. And the job came in under what they had estimated originally. Thank you Scott and Ramsey's Moving Systems for getting the job done.

one of the defining characteristics of a good safe is that it is sturdy, secure and unmovable. This makes having to move them a complete nightmare which was the case when I recently had to help my brother locate a reliable large item mover to move his 800lb safe to his new home. Needless to say, this is not the kind of thing you could do on your own and Scott and his team over at Ramsey's were more than up for the task. This is much more than just a "Man in a van" operation. The guys came correct with a large moving truck and a hand truck that had a hydraulic lift to help navigate the steep steps of the house that the safe was being removed from. If that is not enough they not only came with strength and equipment, they were also very knowledgeable about moving and how to go about doing it safely (pardon the pun) and without damaging the home (or themselves). Last but not least, they were all such a pleasure to work with. From the very first contact Scott answered all of my questions in a fast and polite way and when the guys arrived they couldn't have been more professional. This is A+ service with a smile and I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be using and referring them more in the future.
