I was a happy renter for 15 years with Scott Realty and when it came time to buy, they were my first choice for a Realtor. Yosmar (Jo) Vinson was wonderful. She even came home from vacation early to show me a home because I was under time constraints.! I highly recommend Scott Realty Group! Working with Yosmar as our realtor made our home buying process extremely easy – she even went above and beyond to ensure that our offer was accepted in less than 24 hours! Yosmar is incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate and was extremely responsive no matter what time of day we had questions. I cannot recommend her enough, and am so grateful we were able to work with such a kind and genuine professional.

Very unprofessional. Made me think an offer was accepted and insisted I get a second approval letter, then came back with a ridiculous counter offer. They could have done this without me having to get another approval letter. All because the original letter said fha. I had I formed them I could go either way but she insisted and therefore I thought the offer was accepted. So now my score is down because of an unnecessary credit inquiry. As I said very unprofessional.
