I got locked out of my car and called this locksmith who was just down the road. They told me they would send someone over "right away". After waiting 30 minutes I gave them a call to see what the hold up was, and they said their employee was stuck in another town but would be there in 15-20 min. After waiting for 1.5 hours, someone finally arrived.I wish that they would have given me a more accurate estimate so that I could have called around to find someone who could get there faster, so I called them to complain, and the owner, I presume, instead of saying that they would try to give more accurate time estimates because 1.5 hours is definitely not "right away", tried to put the blame on me saying "that I should have asked for an estimate," which I did. Awful customer service as well as being overpriced.

I needed some locks changed late on a Friday afternoon. They sent Dan over, who was able to do the job quickly and professionally. He was very nice and courteous. He's a credit to this company. I was impressed by the promptness of the service I received from South Penn Lock as well.

This is a great store with good courteous people who know their stuff however their employees either don't wear masks or wear the masks with the valve so they're still breathing into your home or your car when they're in it. I would still recommend this place because they have good quality products and do a good job but in light of everything going on these days they really need to be more courteous to the customers that they serve and cover their faces with an appropriate face covering while they're in your home or in your car.
