Wow! I was blown away by the service i received at this location. Jules was incredibly patient and helpful. He spent the time that it took for us to switch or service, update phones and even changed over our at home wifi. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever! Every time I went in they were the most ignorant group of people that work there. The last time I went to pay my bill they told me they are now charging $5.00 extra? To pay a bill? I prefer to use a flip phone and the last one I bought from them when I switched from sprint was the biggest piece of junk. Do not buy a Alcotel go flip the buttons and texting are horrible and now the screen does not work. They wanted $35.00 just to switch it out with the same phone. Long story short I went to consumer cellular and in less than a half hour was able to buy a new phone that works much better with my same phone number (no activation fee)and got a great plan for a good price and most of all fabulous customer service. I stopped in the T-Mobile in chichester and I was able to pay my bill off and the people at that location were very nice and there was no extra fee to pay cash so maybe it is just granite run that was horrible. Switch if you can. Call and get your transfer code from T-Mobile and it is so easy to switch! Plus the Kaiso network was sooo slow and always a delay. Consumer works fast and connects immediately.

This is an excellent T-Mobile store, we were taken care of by Jim the manager who did a superb job of updating from a Google Pixel to a new iPhone 14, including moving everything over from the old phone. He stayed until a little after 8:00pm to get the job done! We appreciate the effort! Thanks

Shouting out loud....run to T-Mobile Granite Run for your next phone. Knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly staff. Excellent pricing and a welcoming environment. Hat's off to Po, Jim, and Joe for making the transition from AT&T easy and enjoyable-especially for a woman "of a certain age".

HORRIBLE!! I had been in the store already for 10 mins without being greeted. Both reps was working but if you see a customer come in at some point speak and let me know you’ll get with me when your done not after me waiting for 10 mins. I told him I should of been got greeted he says nothing then when my turn come he say sorry once I addressed it again which is no excuse when I said it to him the first time he should of apologized. Horrible customer service

I bought a new phone and had wonderful service from Joseph and Jim.There were some problems finishing the transaction since my phone was older. They took their time and persisted until everything was resolved. They were a pleasure to work with I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is the third time we have gone to this location and will never go back. Same guy working In there every time we have even there. Very rude and gave us a dirty look as soon as we walking in. Granite run media location is much better!!

I had a phone issue not allowing an app too load. I was greated by Jawa. I told him my issue and said my phone was a LG 6. I asked about what would be like my old phone.He showed me 2 phones and I picked the OnePlus 9. He was so patient with me and he worked very hard to set up my new phone. I will definitely be back Jawa made getting a new phone a great experience.

I almost missed it but I’m glad I found it I had crazy billing problems but genisis was a God sent she fixed my billing issues upgraded me all while lowering my bill I see great things coming this store
