DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The sales reps in this store don't know anthing about their plans. No help to customers at all. I'm surprised seeing TMobile customer service being like this. TMobile should give more training to them in how to handle customers. Bummer.

I went to this location to exchange my phone for a refurbished device, due to issues covered under my warranty. I was assisted by Marquis in the early afternoon, who informed me within a few minutes that I needed to come back later in the day to pick up my phone, as a manager had to enable the exchange, and there wasn't currently anyone there who could.

I had my first visit to this store yesterday evening. After a crappy day at work, and my phone not working properly(it was pretty much from the stone age), the team here brightened my day. They stayed late to make sure everything was squared away with my upgrade, and I felt welcomed the entire time. I will be back for future transactions!
