I must say, Erica, Ashley, and Steve are PHENOMENAL TD employees to work with. I go there at least weekly and deal with those three in particular on a regular basis. We’ve grown a personal relationship and I feel like family there. I couldn’t recommend this bank enough OR these employees enough. If they leave, I leave.

The man that was at the front in the blue shirt this morning needs better training at his job. My bf came in to cash his check and was told his employee has no funds in the account or the account number is wrong. He called his job and they never even heard of that. So we drove down to Springfield TD and instantly got his money. That man didn’t know what to do clearly and needs more training or something

This branch is terrible to deal with. Mistakes made with setting up a simple savings account, abrasive attitude and a rude neighbor in the community from management level.

I wanted to give a shout out to the employees at the Media branch today. The teller, Diana B., and the two managers, Steve and the lady with the fabulous pink blazer (I didn't catch her name). They were super helpful with placing my order for foreign currency. I tried to do it online, but the site instructed me to go into my locate store. All employees were knowledge and provided excellent service. THANK YOU!

Terrible experience!! Teller made 2 drastic mistakes in my banking transactions . One I caught by the end of the day . The second has yet to be resolved !!!

The bank manager showed up in the back of Nativity BVM Catholic church, which is directly across from the Media TD bank branch during Mass and made an announcement that any cars parked in the bank parking lot would be towed. It was not a friendly announcement she interrupted the Mass and repeated her announcement 3 times in a raised voice. When the usher asked her to leave she again raised her voice stating "I've been here before" and "don't touch me." If the bank has a policy to tow cars then tow the cars, I am not sure what bank has a policy to interrupt a place of worship to enforce their parking guidelines? I am a customer at the bank and I walked over to the parking lot to ask if the manager was in to complain about this woman's behavior and the woman who had yelled was the bank manager!What was more concerning is she repeatedly referenced the church as a whole as a problem for TD bank when it's a handful of individuals who had parked in the lot. She said "you people" and "your church." I'm not a member there, I was just attending that Mass. i found her language very unprofessional and I don't understand why she was making statements about the church as a whole versus individuals. She also denied that she had repeated the same announcement that a tow truck would come 3 times. She denied that she raised her voice. She repeatedly stated parishioners had threatened her but I don't think any negative feedback can be categorically described as a threat? She did not accept my complaint about her behavior which I gave as a customer of the bank. She only referred to me as belonging to Nativity BVM. She and her associate were taping church attendees and their vehicles. When one gentleman threw his towing ticket on the ground she said he was threatening her. When a family approached her to ask for the bank managers name she raised her voice at them as well. All of this behavior was both ineffective in addressing the parking issue and also seemed particularly hostile towards this Church. Tow the cars, don't interrupt Mass. I'm really disappointed to have seen this.

Terrible customer service and understaffed. The staff that is there is rude and unhelpful. It took me two visits and nearly an hour to close an account. Any wonder that I was closing it and switching banks??

worst TD BANK BRANCH IN THE AREA. go elsewhere. terrible customer service and zero respect for customers. poor management is the main issue as well as the unprofessional mannerisms of the staff.

terrible service. I've come back multiple times for assistance . mara is always busy. she is very very slow. perhaps she is new. multiple times have waited over an hour. and will NOT schedule an appointment. Am changing banks

The worst. Called 5 times this morning and couldn't get one answer. Finally went out there and sat for 45 minutes while 1 teller and 1 girl manning all the desks did nothing. Finally left spewing profanities because that is all I could think of to do. Even though I live in Media I had to go to the Springfield branch to take care of my estate business because it was impossible in Media. 5 telephone calls unanswered in the morning. Unbelievable. And people trust their money to these people? I wouldn't put a nickel in that bank. Just close up because you are useless. Oh, and I would leave no stars if I could

Customer service was very bad. I went to get mynew debit card it took almost 45 minutes to print new card they where taking me from 1 casher to another casher saying there system is not working properly .

Awful awful awful customer service to the point where it seems impossible that tellers this incompetent could be allowed to work here. They are extremely rude, and make assumptions while judging you before an interaction is made. Will be reporting
