Great service and fI had to get my new 2023 BOLT EUV inspected, they took care of everything and made sure the software was up to date for my Bolt. I spent about an hour while they worked on my car and I can't say a bad thing about Thomas Chevy, the service team there is the best and Daryll was very knownledgeable and helpful. I will bring my Bolt EUv back for the 15,000 mile service. Thanks for all your hard work and taking care of my Bolt. Great service department and great staff.

Great experience with this dealership.... Updating my review....purchased the vehicle in Sept and sadly the process for my trucks registration/title work has been less than desirable. I understand that the dealership is subject to wait times with Delaware DMV but the amount of effort I have put in trying to figure out what's going on with it and several mistakes made, it has just been frustrating!

The service team at Thomas Chevrolet Media is hands down and by far the best group of folks to work with!! They do, in fact, work with you, by explaining in detail what the issue is, in terms you understand, and how they are going to fix the problem and make your vehicle right!! Now that's a big thing in my book! The team at Thomas include you in the process and keep you informed of the what's, why's, and how's in a way that you personally feel as though you are part of the Team as well!! It's a very refreshing experience and these are the finest service folks around! Bottom line? They care. And it shows!! Thank you to the A+ service Team at Thomas Chevrolet Media!!

I brought my 3 year old Malibu in for inspection and oil change and asked if they could look into the check engine light codes for a misfire. I was concerned with a newer car having hesitation issues that would trigger the check engine light. My concerns were basically ignored. I looked into this and apparently it’s a common issue with some Malibu’s , this in addition to a shift to park warning which I also have. It’s clear gm doesn’t care about its customers, but it would be nice if the dealerships would acknowledge issues and help solve them instead of ignoring them. I will never buy another gm product again, nor will I use this dealership.

Your one tech felt the vibration in my truck. Service manager said no. Well the dash has been so sticky my finger nail scratches it. I do not use product on my dash as u suggested. My truck vibrates upon start up. It idles rough. You do not want to address this issue. 7 new chevy's in last 8 years. 3 in last 5 and this is my absolute last Chevy/GM. Because of this dealership and I will let everyone know... lazy and unprofessional

Purchase negotiations were carried out in a very fair and friendly manner. All details were carefully explained. Since I did considerable research before beginning the process it was clear that I was getting a very fair price and an excellent trade in value. The 2020 Chevrolet Traverse High Country that we purchased is a replacement for our 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ that has served us well fro six years. Once we saw the new High County model, however, we were "sold."
Over the years we have purchased more than two dozen vehicles from Thomas Chevrolet and each of our children have also likewise purchased new cars only from Thomas. Enuf said!
