Marc helped me order the manufacture of my Bolt EV and kept me updated about the progress and the delivery date. Upon delivery he answered every question I had and taught me how to use all of the EV features. It was a pleasant experience for me.

Took my Cadillac XT5 for a GM drive train warranty repair. Common GM problem - replace the thermostat. Chevy products have the identical failure. This thermostat failure confuses the car causing the ECM to send false error messages to other systems - such as the power steering. After wasting a day not even looking at the car, the service manager called to say that this was a warranty issue - but I had to take it to a Cadillac dealer, they would not honor the warranty. Hmm. They are a GM dealer. Cadillac is a GM brand. Then he told me they could fix the "power steering problem" (there was no power steering problem) for $350 . Reset the error codes etc. So either the service manager is incompetent (he should have known the power steering error was related to the warranty-covered thermostat) or unethical - looking to charge me $350 for a completely unnecessary and stupid service. Then they charged me $165 for a diagnostic fee. AutoZone does the same service for free. From this experience, I could not recommend this service department

Moe was excellent! I was greeted at the door and within minutes the car I was looking for was pulled up and waiting for me to test drive. He answered all of my questions and then some and made the process very smooth. I felt like I was out of the door in a new Suburban just like that! The other employees were very friendly and the dealership itself was very comfortable inside. I was offered coffee/water and never felt like I was waiting for a long period of time. Overall, excellent experience and I will definitely be recommending Thomas Chevrolet to my Family, Friends and Clients. Thanks again Moe!

Moe was extremely helpful. I told him all the things that I wanted in my new car, and he delivered. I was initially told it would be a 3 month wait. But the car came in less than 6 weeks. The entire dealership is very personable and they care about their customers

Quick check-in, relatively quick service time (just oil change and PA state inspection, along with dealership free safety inspection). Why lower rating? Not in PA safety inspection or emission inspection (they were done correctly), but the dealership safety inspection was insufficient. According to the dealership’s advertising of services rendered, the technician should have checked all items for expiration dates. Especially, the date on the manufacturer supplied tire sealant, included with the air compressor, in lieu of a spare tire. This was the original item, with an expiration date of MARCH 2019 printed on the label. Why was I not notified about the expiration date at this time, as well as the previous service dates since August 2019? I took my vehicle in for service in August 2019, August 2020, August 2021, August 2022 and August 2023. Therefore, the free customer service that was supposed to be done apparently was not really done. On a separate issue, the dealership did not give a full charge on the battery pack, like they did when I first purchased the car and brought the car back for service since 2014.This is why I lowered your rating. I am no longer supporting the use of this dealership or even a GM automobile.

Moe was great. He showed me how to do everything and walked me though the whole thing. Amy, the GM, also made the process super smooth. I felt more like a friend there in a small way. Other places did not have that feel. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees. Everything was communicated. Other dealerships will also pressure you to use their financing. Thomas did not. Love my new Tahoe.

Employees are nice. However left out upset since staff do not communicate well amongst departments. For two weeks I got priced for the same amount, once I arrived there was a different price I ended up paying WITHOUT consulting or clarifying the work was still done on my vehicle. At checkout the gentleman played the blame game on how it was not his fault making me feel like it was mine, simply because there was lack of communication. Sometimes understanding principality is good service not over talking and not listening because you don’t want to be wrong.

Moe was exceptionally helpful without being pushy. He was there for us, determined to help us. The circumstances of our purchase did not allow us to cleanout our old truck at home, so we had to empty our rather full truck at the dealership. Moe helped in this activity too. And after we were gone, he called about items that were missed in the under-seat storage.

Quick diagnosis and fast (same day) repair. Bad spark plug. Only recommended that I change the bad 1, and not the other 7. In fact, James informed me that with only 10K miles on my Corvette, that it was unnecessary to change the others. I was very satisfied!

The Thomas team helped me out, when my car died, Jack in the service area was very honest and gave me the best options. Mo was excellent on helping me get my new Trax. Hopefully this car lasts past 31,000 miles.

Found a problem, fixed the problem and inspected the Suburban. Friendly staff and driver who dropped me off and picked me up when repairs were complete. Always a pleasure .
