Put in an mobile order and went to pick up and employee told me that someone stole the bag and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food redone like I don't understand what kind of people are working there that they just let anyone take your other this place to get it together I love Wawa but this location always has some kind of problems y'all need to do better when it comes to your customers.

The food employee with the shaved head, that was working overnight on 3/16, was *insanely* rude and doesn’t know how to prepare food
I don’t expect much from gas station food but this was supposed to be a chicken cheesesteak with fried onions lol?
The fried onion sandwich had LUMPS of cold chicken and had more onions than chicken
Honestly the most disgusting food I’ve ever been served 💀💀 borderline criminal to serve this to people and be so rude to customers

Came here for a quick snack one day and had a pleasant experience. It’s more or less your average wawa, nothing too crazy, the store as a whole was very nice and clean too. Would be back again.

Went in on Saturday morning to grab nicotine pouches. I try to be as helpful as possible as there are so many now. I give the color of the can and everything. Older lady behind the counter points at one I say 1 to your left she goes to the other end and I said sorry I said 1 to your left not 8 she rudely said well what do you want and grabs one I didt want as if I was going to take it. I said no and pointed she was very rude about the whole situation. I try to be helpful but if you don’t know 1 to your left can’t help you much

The young lady with the wacky hair and piercing on her face at the register attitude is not good, asked the man In Front of me about his reward card but didn’t ask me I’m taking it cause I’m black in a prominently white area. Do better Wawa!!!!!

They have a GREAT selection of all different menu selections. Also you can ask for food prepared how you like it. No matter what time of day or night you have a wonderful selection for meals and snacks! Love it!
Parking: Certain times of the day, the parking lot is full!

If you’re looking to get food don’t bother. It’s just aggravating. I have tried to get their quesadilla multiple times. Each time it’s been terrible. I figured maybe I got someone who didn’t know how to make them. But no each time gets worse then the last. If you want a quesadilla that’s non-melted cheese on a cold tortilla this is your place. Of course sometimes you end up missing half the ingredients you were supposed to get and sometimes you get ingredients you don’t want on it. Busy spot not good for food. Just gas and buying snack foods

I was in the area and decided to get food. As I am standing at the counter watching an employee without a name tag make my order wrong. I asked about the order. As Kim the manager on duty stood right there as the employee told me that I should not be staring. Kim the manger laughed as if was funny and the employee tossed my food to me. If I didn’t need food to take my medication I would have asked for a refund.

The quality of the service here has taken quite a dive in the last few months. Anything ordered behind the counter has been screwed up numerous times by different people, who more often than not are not rushed or slammed by having several other orders.After today I have to hold Wawa to the same standard as other fast food restaurants. Meaning I'll have to literally open and check anything I order right there at the counter (regardless of whether it seems patronizing or not).
