I was in the area and decided to get food. As I am standing at the counter watching an employee without a name tag make my order wrong. I asked about the order. As Kim the manager on duty stood right there as the employee told me that I should not be staring. Kim the manger laughed as if was funny and the employee tossed my food to me. If I didn’t need food to take my medication I would have asked for a refund.

The quality of the service here has taken quite a dive in the last few months. Anything ordered behind the counter has been screwed up numerous times by different people, who more often than not are not rushed or slammed by having several other orders.After today I have to hold Wawa to the same standard as other fast food restaurants. Meaning I'll have to literally open and check anything I order right there at the counter (regardless of whether it seems patronizing or not).

Keep going to a different Wawa there a time a dozen around here, this one is consistently horrible. Oh and if you order ahead here it's randomly on a shelf in the corner.

So let me get this straight… food cost are going up by the minute…I have to check my own self out… and I can’t have a bag which can be very inconvenient. How does that make for good customer service? You’re not serving me at all! I’m serving me!

Daniel (making the sandwiches) really takes pride in his job and takes care of the customers! I appreciate him and am happy to see someone who actually cares about his job and the customers! He handled 2 issues, I noticed while I was there, (none of which were his fault) flawlessly! Thank you!

Very nice staff! I lost my wallet and it was immediately found by a staff member (I think her name was Heather) and she recognized me and gave it back!

They never adhere to the scheduled pick up times which is crucial for me since I am on my break and need every minute. The chicken in my sandwich was hard which means my sandwich was sitting out for a while. Also the cashier with the Romy and Michelle hairdo is rude and speaks down to people.

The food preparation was pretty good. Tasty and done right. But they didn't get five stars bcuz the youngish sista with that was workin the counter n said hello to everyone but me who said it to no response just a sly smile. I know that look. It's the look of a transphobe. Classic bigot. Everyone else was great. She's bad for business. But replaceable by those self check out machines. Which I'll use now instead. She needs a job with little to no human contact. She's not fit to survive the modern world, nor at the least work any kind of front end. Move her to cleaning duty or get rid of her flat out

Manager is rude and seems like she’s bothered by customers asking her questions. The cash register lady also has an attitude for w.e reason but the food was good like any other Wawa

Nastiest food I've ever gotten from a Wawa, and on a Saturday afternoon no less. :( The crusty old mashed potatoes with crunchy clumps actually made me gag. Blah. So overpriced for that gross quality too. It's a clean store and it wasn't busy, though.
