If you can go anywhere else to get your prescription filled you should.

Can be super friendly or super rude. I enjoy the small town business but sometimes I think they forget we don't feel good and or have bad days too

My child has a double ear infection & the dr office called over 2x (have confirmation #s on both calls) for the antibiotic. We pull in at 645 they are closed, signs up, doors locked, when it says they close at 7. Hope my son doesn’t have to get rocephin shots, because the antibiotic was with-held. I can’t imagine doing this at my work place. I would loose my license.

Used this pharmacy while out of town and the staff was extremely pleasant and nice all while working quickly and efficiently?

Not the place it once was. Local location makes it convenient but rarely worth even that any more. Lately it's been worth the trip to Chambersburg as horrible as that trip is. Most employee's are very friendly and professional but the business is definitely lacking some professional management in area's. Price's are definitely higher than any competitors and never consistent. Hopefully some changes will be made to keep the locals from having to avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Once a nice play but, the owner passed away a couple years ago and has been bought buy a group of people from overseas and started cutting corners on many aspects to include customer service and employee treatment

Every time I come here there's some excuse as to why I cannot pick up my meds. However this time they did have a reason, I had my "office card" instead or my "pharmacy card". Not knowing that I gave them the others and when finally realize the flaw and got the card for them the elderly woman in the back just couldn't keep her smart-ass comments to herself. Thanks for the fanatic service, sarcasm all too much intended.
