“I Brought my 2016 Western Star 4900ex to these guys with a timing issue after another shop took me for close to 9k without fixing the issue. These guys diagnosed and fixed the problem and alot more issues the teuck had. They did make a mistake, that after review any mechanic could have easily made, that damaged some parts and took full responsibility for it, paid for the repair, reimbursed my towing,and payed my hotel. I couldn't be more pleased with the team and management at Pittsburgh Power, my truck is running and performing better then it ever has and I will most definitely be coming back for all of my maintenance and repairs in the future!”

They carry so many items for lawn mowers, Gas engines, welding, Rebuilding engines etc. The also sale fuel additives, lubricants, rust inhibitors, clamps and much much more.If they don't have it , they can find it. They also have a large area with things to buy like furniture, house wares, Collectibles, pictures, cooking utensils, pots & pans, nick nacks, Christmas accessories ETC. Roger and staff are very professional, Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stop there the next time I visit Butler.”

“I've been coming here for 13 years now and figured I should finally leave a review. My experiences with the service and sales departments have been absolutely fabulous. Two sales were done very kindly and helpfully, despite being a brand new car owner for the first time. Since then, I have honestly not learned much on my own about cars and always feel stressed when it comes time for inspection. I always come here even when it's not convenient to where I live because I trust the service department so much. I am about the most anxious and confused customer ever when it comes to service and maintenance and yet I never feel annoying or manipulated by the staff. I am treated with the utmost patience and compassion. Specifically Tim Jewart & Liane Spears are like angels to me, and Tina Grossman was also absolutely incredible when I needed her help with a collision issue in the past. “Called on a Saturday and they didn't have the part in stock so they ordered it first thing Monday morning. It was in the store by Tuesday. When I went to pick up the new part I had taken the old one with me for the core charge. There was to be a refund of $27 but they had to run the charge first for the new part and then process the refund. They accidentally charged me the $27 instead of refunding it (this was on Tuesday it is now Thursday). The gentleman that I was working with called my husband to let him know they accidentally charged the $27 instead of refunding it and to come back in and they will take care of it. Will order our parts through here now just because of their honesty and integrity, they could have very easily just kept that money and never said a word.”
“Diehl Collision worked on my car after it was damaged in an accident. The car looked immaculate when I got it back, honestly better than it did even prior to the accident. Every person I spoke to in the office was very kind and helpful. I also received timely responses and updates on my car. They made the process with returning the rental quite easy as well (I used Enterprise and they're across the street so Diehl returns it for you!)”
