“I ended up needing a oil change, and I've been to one's like jiffy lube and all that. They NEVER show you the oil on your dip stick after the change... They changed it fast, was great service, and was able to notify me of issues they saw. There service was outstanding in my book, was only my first time, but first impressions say a lot in my book. Ty for notifying me of the issues to. They don't lie either about if something bad. There be up front for you. Very rare for these places.”

Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off.
All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car.
The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.”

Second, the way I was treated allowed me to trust the work that was done. Finally, his wife, Tracey, is an incredible blessing. She did a wonderful job of answering all my questions. Her empathizing with my being a woman who knows nothing about cars put me at ease. She worked with my schedule to find a time that worked. I can't say enough good things about them.”

“These guys are honest hard working people. My Chevy broke down an hour away from home visiting a friend. It wouldn’t start. I called Jam and asked if there was anyway I could have it towed to them because I wanted to have it fixed. Here a timing belt broke and it broke the pistons and a bunch of other things went wrong with the engine. Jam gave me different options to choose from depending on how much money I could spend. They pretty much took apart the whole engine and put it back together again replacing the parts it needed. I’m back on the road and driving my car again. I’ve taken my cars to these guys for many years and my whole family goes to them. They’re hard working people and you can tell they really care about their customers!”

“I brought my Sonata here with an unknown fuel issue that three other shops couldn’t diagnose. Platinum had it done and figured out within two days. Brian is fantastic. He updates you and explains what the issue is and what he is planning to do to fix it. He puts time into his work and does it well. I actually swapped out vehicles after I picked up my car to have him fix a tire that nobody else could seem to fix. That was done immediately. Then I brought them another vehicle to be inspected. That was done days ahead of schedule. Thank you Brian and the Platinum team for your outstanding work!”

I'm so thankful to have people who look out for me and have my best interest at heart, and dont take advantage of me. My budget is tight but they always take care of me.
