“What a pleasure it was visiting Bond Products in Philadelphia yesterday. I purchased an older table binder and took it down for service. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Scott Heilman knew my machine like the back of his hand. He set the timing, showed me the problem areas, polished the holes where it needed it, and oiled it up.
In this time in our lives where things are built to be used and thrown away it's so nice to deal with a family owned business that appreciates the older machines. When I left there my machine was "purring like a kitten", Scott also gave me some binding tricks for corners etc.
If you are considering buying a Bond machine or need supplies, don't hesitate, businesses like this are hard to find and now that I know they are only two hours away, I will visit again. Hope this review was helpful, and thank you to the staff at Bond Products.”

Specialty floors staff whenever we have used them does just that. They want the job to the right. They want the job to last and not have to do repairs. Our carpets are from them. Now, our new kitchen floor has their touch. This new project, especially, was a learning experience for me. Our house is small and presented some very unusual problems for the installers. Together, they did their thing and we resolved the punch list of items. Each house is a unique entity. Each house has its own special weirdness. Good contractors can adapt.
