“Well, let me say -- Good companies, especially contractor type -- require a good relationship. The customer and the company -- MOST especially the installers -- have to learn from each other. Specialty floors staff whenever we have used them does just that. They want the job to the right. They want the job to last and not have to do repairs. Our carpets are from them. Now, our new kitchen floor has their touch. This new project, especially, was a learning experience for me. Our house is small and presented some very unusual problems for the installers. Together, they did their thing and we resolved the punch list of items. Each house is a unique entity. Each house has its own special weirdness. Good contractors can adapt. Homeowners can learn from the installers and the staff, owner and administration. Grateful to all the EXTRA time that they took for me to make me one happy camper.”

Of course that one is a fragment and is in a museum for billions of dollars of value??As I was waiting the curator of Philadelphia museum of Art's was there too. Either he was picking up something or you just getting tips on how to manage their inventory in the museum. I thought that was!”
“They were on time and worked all day to get everything done. Everything was beautifully done and completed. They took care of moving the furniture around and putting it back in place (sans small trinkets and breakables which they had asked us to remove prior to their arrival) I’m glad we chose their service over other options we were considering. I would definitely recommend their work. Pricing is also fair for what you get and they have what seams like a kazillion options for whatever flooring you need!”

Last week our wall-to-wall in the basement got flooded and they made replacing most of the padding and re-installing the carpet effortless. We shopped everywhere before we ended up at King Carpet. “Had a terrific experience and great results. I went in with no knowledge of finishing a basement or carpets and Dave assisted with all of it. Answering my most basic questions as I chose between floor or carpet for refinishing a basement floor that had challenges and durability needs. The carpet and color I ended up with are perfect and create a cozy space you actually want to be in. And the process of measuring day of installation was seamless.Also, and unexpected, was how often my cat would be vomiting down in the basement (where he eats - don't worry I figured out why that was happening and he no longer has GI issues) and each time I was able to clean up the mess easily. “I renovated my whole house. I had the whole house done in the same carpet. Rich, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I ordered the carpet for the whole house, so it would be the same dye lot. In June, I had the upstairs done. I moved on to the down stairs to continue my renovations. In October, Rich scheduled the installation of the down stairs. He had stored the carpet for me during the summer. His Installers were neat and clean, did excellent work, which included upholstering the stairs. They were professional and quick. I am thoroughly pleased with the experience. I would use them again without hesitating.”
