Ignorant little kids working there. I had a mobile order and the app clearly said pull up through the drive-through. I was told to come in I said oh no I’m not coming in and she says “that’s on you”. She better be glad I wasn’t dressed! The app indicated come through the drive-through…..nitwit with no home training.

This is almost the worst Wendy's I've been to lobby is closed at 5:00 and I asked her what time the lobby close she told me 9:00 so why is the door closed and have no change so I had to use a card that I did not want to use because y'all had no change and I don't have all my stuff in my back my burger was cold and the meat was dark and it wasn't like I could come back and complain because your lobby was closed and I wasn't getting back in that long drive.

The staff is rude they are unorganized and don't know what they are doing. The manager Lee told me to request a refund through the mobile app, there is no option for that. I will Not be back to this location!

Great costumer service the late night crew is so respectful and actually care about there job other then the morning keep up the good food and everything was fresh I will be coming back.

Ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving, 4 cars ahead in the drive thru line with 1 at the intercom. 5+ minutes go by and first car is still sitting there, finally moves up and next person goes up and passes in a minute. Person in front of me sitting there at the intercom for 10 minutes, nothing happening not even talking, then finally moves on. I get to intercom, wait about a minute or two tell them I had a mobile order and told to go to second window. Proceed to second window while waiting behind the guy in front of me. Pull up to the window and sit there for another 5+ minutes watching the employees just standing around chit chatting and laughing. Girl opens the window and proceeds to give me the wrong order, told her I got a mobile order, gave the name and wait another few minutes of them walking back and forth trying to figure out what to do. Then they told to move up and wait at the door. Waited at the door for another 10+ minutes and watched 5 cars behind me get their food and leave. Decided to finally go inside and ask where my order is. Don't even know who I am, asking if I'm some door dash driver. Tell them I still haven't received my food and hear one girl say, oh it's the guy with the mobile order, he's inside now. Had to wait another 5+ minutes just for them to pack it up and give it to me.
