My pizza’s was burnt and over cooked could not eat it try calling the store no one answer I got my pizza at 930pm one cheese and a meat lovers I will never order again from the Meshoppen Dandy again $40.00 wasted

Usually this place gives no trouble . it is good to stop somewhere quick and go. we went at night for a bite to eat, we were starving , and two young guys were working . nice to your face but all I could hear was the f word used constantly by the one young man, and complaining about having to make a pizza and Stromboli around 9pm. I didn't realize it Was gonna be such a hassle and I kept apologizing. But to be honest ,that was still unexceptable! Very rude and unprofessional. And I could hear it all and felt very bad . I didn't realize it was gonna be that much work . we were hungry like I said . anyways yes very not nice !!!!!!!!!!!

The older woman you have working there tonight (12/22/2022) has a very judgmental , snarky attitude. I understand that you have to do things a certain way, but you don't have to be rude and judgmental about the customer and what they are getting there. You don't know what they are going through so keep your judgment to yourself. This was at the Meshoppen Dandy. We'll just stick to the Camptown Dandy from now on, they're nice and very pleasant.

Tried to call in an order multiple times while they were still open and no response. Had this happen on 2 separate occasions.

Ordered food from the fryer and it was HORRIBLE. I then overheard someone say that the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in two week. How disgusting. I’ll be calling the health inspector immediately

Never got asked if I had a rewards not very friendly service. Never got showed my pizzas before I took them and one pizza was wrong.

Most of the night time staff are rather friendly. In the morning the assistant manager is a charm and welcoming, yet watch going in there on the mornings that Linda is working. She is rude and ornery as all hell also lazy and disrespectful. Figures that's who's in charge. What happened to the days when a person could be comfortable going to a convenience store?

Absolutely horrible customer service, most miserable and unmotivated employees I've ever encountered. Will never stop again based solely on my experience there today. Dandy needs to implement some serious customer service training.
