Picked up the wrong wipers for my truck. Apparently I needed ES after the size. Returned them even though one was open. Fiqured I would need to eat that one even told them I new I opened it . Did not mater they took it back and helped me get the right one. They one my parts buisness . Hard to find great customer service. Kepe it up.

I came in today because I was having trouble with my 2017 Ford Fusion & MELISSA was able to diagnose the problem & replace my battery in 90-degree weather. She was of great help & if you plan on coming to this location, I highly recommend seeing MELISSA. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thanks, MELISSA!!!!!

This place is hit or miss. Today, i had dealt with three different people that really seemed to not like their jobs. There are other times when they seem to be ok. I have done customer service for over 30 years and the general moral here doesn't seem good.

Daytime store manger forget his name he did a great job correcting my problem returning item and getting something else.
The young man.lame was hunter but I forget the other gentleman’s name. They did a great correcting my problem.

I wanted to give proper acknowledgment to rhe salesperson named Melissa. I have had 3 encounters with this young lady and each time I am more impressed. I love the fact that she educates her customers and her skills backs it up. Everything I go, I ask for Melissa, I suggest you do the same. The full experience is worth the wait in line.

They need more of a variety and more availability for muscle stuff. I find it sad they can't even have a mopar 727 transmission filter or gasket on hand. All the shops around that had that stuff are disappearing. I've only found these newer stores good for odds and ends like fluids and things along those lines. I guess these newer stores don't realize people out here still enjoy the hobby of older car's and still need parts. We're forced to order by mail. Would be nice to drive to my local autozone or advance auto and grab a gasket or thermostat without having to call it quits for the day because they only carry parts for new cars.

We purchased a starter for my van. It broke within a few days. We took it back and they said they had no record of the sale and couldn't replace it. They said they had one more in stock, they tested it and it was already broken. They are selling already broken parts.
