They never clean the outside of their store, there is trash everywhere; there has been a drink cup of mystery fluid sitting outside for nearly a YEAR, now. Once, I had to step over an open condom box in their walkway. Also, pretty sure they rarely check their non-employee bathroom, as it is almost always out of toilet paper, and hand soap. Filthy.

I love this location even though there are 2 other locations near me. This Middletown location has the best pharmacy staff. For the pharmacist to know exactly where the product that I needed was. The pharmacy staff is great. I can not say the same for the front end staff. Cashier on phone and not listen to me while I need help with self check out, I had to wait on someone else to walk up.

Worst place ever had a prescription there they was not able to fill it instead of informing me they just sent it back to the doctor !!!! It's very hard to get your doctor to do a script now now I have to start at square one ?

I’m very disappointed with the pharmacy manager at this location. I have medication’s that I have to pay for out of pocket and every other location and even that location up until today has help me with a discount card. She basically refused and stated that they are not honoring that and haven’t been for quite some time. However, it has been honored for me up until last month. I will be switching pharmacy.

I stopped in for medication (that needs ID, think Nyquil) and there was no one at the counter so I asked a lady if she would check me out and she said \\\"aren't you capable of using the self checkout\\\" so I said \\\"Oh I thought you had to check ID\\\". I used the self checkout and of course I needed approval so I had to wait for a young man to scan his card and he said \\\"just type of your date of birth\\\" and stormed off. I politely asked for help when I know for a fact I can't check out without and and you are nasty to me? Stay in your lane.

CVS has been helpful with the prescription, I've gotten. I go there frequently for other items and was always able to get what I wanted.

I wonder how it’s possible that CVS deletes their reviews. Incredible. This pharmacy is horrible. I will find my old review and re-post it. I was going to let this go but I see now that I shouldn’t. It is not up to a power-tripping pharmacist (Mandy?) to decide something when she has no place or any idea of circumstances. She refused to fill a prescription with unnecessary action. I feel bad for the associates under her. I can only imagine how she treats them. I will contact cvs back so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My experience here was unlike several of the other CVSs I have been to. The staff was nice and courteous. The store was orderly and well maintened.

I never have had an issue here. It is always clean, staff are ALWAYS friendly, and the pharmacy is wonderful. Pharmacy staff are always willing to help and have never given me any problems when filling a prescription or if I have an issue. Keep up the great work!

Things to know about this pharmacy: 1. You can do everything over your computer or phone. 2. Setting the above took me 2 hours and a lot of calls to get set up right. 3. Once you set it up everything its a breeze and very convenient. 4. I've never waited in a line or stepped a foot in the store. 5. Your order is mailed to you completely private. You have to shop around till you find what works. To me privacy and speed are important in a home delivery service. I only recommend the home delivery if you have a secured locked box its risky because they are not going to knock at your door unless you pay extra for that. The delivery is done through the local post office.
