There was something wrong with one of the lights on my car, where it didn't turn on even after replacing the bulb. Dailey's was very accommodating in getting my car looked at the very next day first thing in the morning, and figured out that the bulb just wasn't pushed in correctly!
I wasn't even charged for the service, despite how helpful and accommodating they were. I highly recommend Dailey's, and will happily go to them for my car troubles in the future!

Went in to have 2 head gaskets replaced. This was back in July. The communication was horrible from the start. It was over a month from start to finish. They never communicated the shortage of parts they needed, so at one point, we went 2 weeks with not knowing anything. Then only to find out they didn’t even start on it because of the part shortage.
The main reason I’m giving a 1 star, id give a 0 if I could, is because of what we discovered today. We had taken the Jeep to Gutshalls to diagnosis a misfire. While looking at the Jeep, Gutshall found that Daily’s had not replaced the spark plugs when replacing the gaskets. They also used ELECTRICAL TAPE to seal off valves, don’t know specifics. Keith Gutshall was even shocked over all of this.
We spent over $4,000 at Daily’s!!! This is not $4,000 work. If you like communication from your mechanic and professional work done on your vehicle, I just suggest going elsewhere. Kurt Gutshall is right down the road from Daily’s and he’s fantastic!

Awesome service center Mark the owner is a genius at all car repairs and a very nice person as well is staff. I have been going there for a while now and my vehicle has always been repaired correctly and finished mostly the same day.
Recently I called and asked Mark if he or staff could repair an extensive repair on my steering column meaning taking the whole column apart just to put a very small part
inside the steering column’s motor. I was amazed that he said he could do the repair that he has done that repair before. I really thought I would have to go to the dealer for such big job. The repair was finished and done right before the afternoon and the price was right I’m a very happy customer, Thank you Mark and staff!

My brother is handicapped and has trouble getting out and about. Dailey's is great about sending someone to pick up the car for inspections and whatnot, bringing it back again afterwards; they do an honest job for an honest price. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service ! My car broke down with myself and 4 grandchildren on our way to Kentucky to see The Ark Encounter. Thankfully it happened close to Middletown and I was able to make it to Daileys Garage . They serviced my car immediately and had us back on the road to our destination. Kind , caring and dependable service is what I received from Mark and his crew . If I lived in the area this would be my garage . May God richly bless this establishment. Mark gave me excellent service! As soon as I arrived he checked my car out immediately and reassured me on all the things I had questions with!!! He was super helpful! Definitely going back! Great service! Love em! Driving away with no issues after only 15-20 minutes!

These guys are very good at what they do and actually take time every day to call with an update on the progress of the job. they explain what is happening and when possible will show you the actual parts that were defective so you can see they are being truthful. I am impressed and will definitely be a return customer if my truck breaks down again.

So thankful we have Daily’s in Middletown they are very knowledgeable. Fixed my truck after another establishment in town had put on the wrong parts and improperly installed parts, It was a big safety issue. Won’t ever go anywhere else for tires or repairs.
