Amazingly awful. No communication. No updates. Random deliveries to sign, being late for 3 weeks. Like anyone can just stay home 24 hours a day for 3 weeks for a package that should have been delivered on the day initially said. 🤷

I understand that your roof collapsed. It's understandable that you aren't able to process packages, but packages just sitting in one place for days isn't ok, especially when you paid for overnight shipping and they are live animals. Whatever system you have right now isn't working.
