The drivers here at FedEx do not ring your doorbell or knock. I have been waiting on a super important package and they left a sticky note on my door saying I was unreachable and then went back to their van. My delivery was on a Friday so now I have to wait another 3 days to get my package. Sounds like this driver just wanted to be done for the day and doesn't care. My Xfinity camera notified me there was somebody on my front porch but by the time I got to the door they were already in their van. Tracked my shipping apparently they steal packages I've had two of my devices stolen in a weeks span. They're horrible about getting back to anyone within a timely manner to address and handle. I would give 0 stars if I could and potentially considering filing a police report,

worst service I've even received from a shipping company. They lie,lie,lie. I waited all day for the delivery because they needed a signature. they are a no show but I received a message that " the customer was unavailable ". Same thing the next day. I call customer service and explain that they never came to my house. I gave directions...although a gps will find my house easily. I live in an easily found development. Called a second time and was told they would call me. Now I get a message that "Shipment Refused by Recipient." They never came to my house! Now the package is being sent back to shipper. The really sad thing is that I went thru a similar problem with Fed ex 6 months ago.How can a company be this bad??

Once again FedEx proves just how stupid their delivery people really are! Twice, rather than delivering the merchandise when they were supposed to, they returned to the terminal and said it was undeliverable. When my wife called the terminal, she told them to call when delivering, and that due to their delay, we could not accept the merchandise until Wednesday. They delivered it on Monday without any call. These people are simply stupid and have no concern for customer satisfaction. DO NOT USE FedEx.

Paid for overnight shipping to a business, but they didn't deliver, because no one answered the back door. They didn't bother to go to the front door, the main door. I had to track it back to 1 of the FedEx locations and pick it up there. The clerk there was helpful. Just a hurried driver on his last drop.

They’re thieves point blank. Claimed they delivered my package at 10:12 which was a lie because my husband was outside with our son at the time and the package was nowhere to be found ! Never had this issue before but I never get my packages from fedex for this very reason because they’re nothing but thieves! If I knew the seller was going to send it that way I would of canceled ! I was told they would investigate and track down the driver but then five days later claim they couldn’t find the package or the driver who delivered it ! How you don’t know what driver delivered my package and where he took it !!!! Tells me they just hire anybody and don’t even do there Job ! I’m pretty sure he stole it because my husband saw the fedex express truck go pass at 11 and then at 12 I got a Notification saying it was delivered at 10:12 when it wasn’t but then they had the nerve to tell me to ask my neighbors to see if they had it ! THATS YOUR JOB NOT MINE TO FIND THE PACKAGE! Will be avoiding fedex at all cost. Now I have to file a claim with the seller because of these idiots.

The General manager has created such an unsafe and hostile environment that freight is damaged and safety is compromised because all he cares about is numbers. Yet he preaches safety when it’s clear he could care less!
