Hershey's Ice Cream Distribution Center is a corporate office and warehouse. The staff and warehouse staff are super friendly, always smiling and thrilled to help. The ice cream is always fresh, great tasting and top quality. For dry load deliveries, use the dry dock door from 1 to 3 PM; there is no sign, just knock. Overnight parking is possible for truck drivers, and free ice cream is sometimes available. However, there are no restroom facilities. On weekends, the office may be closed, requiring paperwork to be left in a designated box.
Easy way to purchase ice cream from Hershey’s Ice Cream. Middletown, PA location just requires a call 1 day ahead to order ice cream. Pick up next day. Located out near FedEx off of Fulling Mills Road and 283.

Hirschbach drivers. Overnight parking. Delivered here Saturday / 1-25-25. No one there. Contacted dispatch. Told to drop paperwork in box by 1st light poll. Drop trailer and found mty spot to park in. They didn’t have mty had to drive to Smithfield in North East MD for mty.
