The staff here was a lot of help. They helped us with our dog who was extremely bloated and had to be drained. Gave us great direction as to where to get the procedure done. Then a few months later helped get her on the right track to control her health problems. Such love and attention is given here. We will definitely be back whenever our furry family members need attention.

When we came in today... well, let's just say that however much you try, you are never prepared. Destiny was so carrying and understanding. DR. Belanger DVM, may we call you Lia? You have been the greatest friend and savior to our pets. Our appreciation can't be measured in words.

2 misdiagnosis… they wanted me to do lab work because my cat was throwing up …friends told me to switch from dry to wet foods …2nd my cat was chocking and I told them I thought it was a feather caught it throat but was dry treats …again $150 vet bill and all I had to do was quit dry treats & all is well now

The Londonderry Animal Hospital has provided various care to my cats and dogs over the years. They were compassionate and professional and provided clear explanations to help me sort out care options for me to provide best practices for my animals at home.

We brought our cat here last minute because he was not doing well. Despite him having cancer and needing to be put down, all of the workers were very kind and sympathetic. Would definitely come here again!

Dr. Book and his staff provided excellent care after our dog ate gum that contained Xylitol. I called as soon as I realized she ate it and they saw her immediately for an emergency visit. One of the medications they needed they did not carry in the office and one of their staff members went to another office to get it. The quick actions and care they provided Jade saved her life and we could never thank them enough. We highly recommend Londonderry Animal Hospital for all of your pets needs!

Kind and friendly service, even though our Corgi totally has white coat syndrome!

Today was the best and worst visit I’ve had at Londonderry Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly as usual and Dr Belanger explained everything about my dog’s illness, however, it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. If and/ or when I get another dog, we’ll be taking him to Londonderry Animal Hospital.

Initially was satisfied with the care that my pet received from ONE of the veterinarians there. Recently took my dog in just for routine visit to get his shots and learned my dog had a possible ear infection. His ear got swabbed and we were sent home with no treatment plan. We travel out of state frequently and had a grooming appointment where I learned the ear infection was very much a problem for my pet. Took him to an urgent care in the area where they treated my little guy and called Londonderry to inform them of this—no doctor followed up on him. Just recently, he got another groom where they noticed another ear infection. Called londonderry to inform and ask for a treatment plan or at the very least some advice on why this was happening and how I can prevent it. I have yet to even hear from anyone and my little guy has been MISERABLE and my mama heart is so hurt. Don’t count on anyone calling you back if you’re not paying for the services. It’s all about the money here and how many times they can get you to come back for treatment and no genuine care for the animals and their parents. I am sure if I told them I want to make an appointment, I would’ve heard from someone very quickly. I am extremely disappointed because my dog has been done a disservice!! First sending him home with no treatment when you noticed something wrong (& i just stupidly trusted that the doctors knew what they were doing) and just genuinely leaving us to fend for ourselves and figure it out. We will NOT be back
