Showers were the best water pressure and temp. Were the best I see yet for a loves parking is small for a truck stop this good but hope they work on a bigger parking area for big rigs. It would be a bigger profit it it had the parking lot for 100+ trucks and trailers.

Most of them are great, clean & very friendly service!! Near the larger cities, there isn't enough parking spaces for 18 wheelers. We had to park out along side the road, as did several other truckers. If nothing else, it shows how great they are. But really could have used more spots. ❤️🩹

Bad quality of diesel. Filters in reefer are clogged after fueling here. Check engine is on in relatively new equipment. Turbine struggling to pull up the hill in Scranton. Too much biodiesel content.

Sept 25 2025. Overwhelming odor of sewer gas upon entering. Hydrogen Sufide is poisonous and a hazard to not only customers but the staff. There was a group of female staff back at the trucker area loudly discussing male body parts. Not only that, it was a truck driver they were making fun of 😞.

Sept 7th 2025: I got here at 13:00 hours and there was no place to park, so I improvised by parking next to the scale on the cement slab. I also made sure that it was okay with the manager on duty. 20:30 hours here comes a mechanic with so bad of an attitude I would guess that his wife cut him off years ago. He tells me that I have to move or he is going to call the state troopers and have my truck impounded. Attitudes like this is why I don't normally bring food to the north east coast. Treat people with respect and you would get respect in return. He could have talked to me in a more respectful way and he could have checked with the manager, but he didn't. Total jerk! Let me guess 🤔 he was just doing his job. If you hate people that badly why don't you quit your job and go live under a bridge!

We’ve been using the same app barcode for showers with my co-driver/brother without any issues. However, tonight a rude staff member refused to accept it, insisting that I had to bring my brothers phone and use app to scan the barcode. This was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary, i had to wake him up in the middle of the night, the system clearly allows multiple users on the same account. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of understanding. On top of that they had the audacity to shut the hot water on me while I was still in shower.
Outrageous! Disgusting!
