They were excellent! I dropped off my car, they had a rental for me, a little bit of paperwork, and off I went back on the road. My car was finished in a much shorter time period than I expected, and it looked brand new! It was a lot cleaner than when I left it with them.

Very professional, clean, organized and efficient.
The quality of workmanship and the attention to detail is second to none.
Customer service. Everyone one was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Who sends regular progress updates anymore?? Carstar does. I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way.
If I ever need bodywork again, I will gladly drive the hour it takes to get there! I never thought getting bodywork on my car would be so easy and stress free!

Amazing job Val and Dylan and the rest of gang at Cramers Carstar in Middletown. Such a great team that had open and honest communication! Would highly recommend for all your bodyshop needs. And the rental is right there for ease of use. Pictures speak 1000 words so you can see the quality work even down to the paint protection stickers they reapplied. Would highly recommend for all your bodyshop needs and they’re a Tesla Certified shop!

Carstar was great! I got hit on my back right side and they fixed it right up. Not only did they do great work doing that but they did so much more. They updated me every step of the way, cleaned the interior and exterior, and they charged my car! That’s top quality service if I’d say so. Anybody who needs work should go to Carstar at Middletown. Thank you very much!

I have a question? Is it SOP for your company to replace the entire passenger side of a vehicle if someone bumps into the front passenger door leaving a medium size dent in the bottom of the door ?
