Worst shipping company ever! I have been calling and waiting for over 12 days for the item to be picked up. Of course the payment was paid immediately but where are they to ACTUALLY ship the item. Horrible

Absolutely the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They're supposed to be picking something up in my house on Monday. They called rescheduled it for the 31st of July now they won't even answer or give a call back. Now we have to fill out all the forms for them to pick it up again
