Rutter's #20 is highly praised for its friendly and helpful night shift team, especially the night time food service technicians and cashiers who treat customers with respect and make them feel at home. Customers appreciate the good, affordable food like Philly cheesesteaks, fried shrimp, and other meals that taste great for the price. The store offers convenient services such as friendly parking assistance for truckers and a mini area with skill games. Gas prices are always competitive, and the store sells beer and wine. Overall, the staff’s welcoming attitude, good customer service, and quality food make Rutter's #20 a favorite spot for many customers, who often return regularly.
Above average truck stop. Gas pumps were a little tight compared to some places but you can drive around the building which helps to orient a larger vehicle relative to the gas pumps, so better than other places with similar space.

Best gas price I've seen driving from Harrisburg south, and always a piddle stop

Great location. Super friendly staff. This is the go-to spot for coffee in the morning.
