I arrived at 12:30 pm, the appointment was for 5 pm, I registered and they gave me the door, 2 hours passed, I returned to ask why they had not loaded me and they told me that they would not load me until 5 o'clock, arriving at the truck they began to load me and in 30 minutes they finished, I went back to pick up the papers and the stamp and they told me that they would not give it to me until 5 pm, that is, more than 2 hours fully loaded and they did not give me my papers to leave and move forward with my day.

I have been at dock for 3 hours and they wasn't unloading me, you know why? They forgot about me! Ridiculous place!

is very professional,my pickup was next day but I check in previous day at evening 6:30 pm,I got the dock, Check in and check out in an hour.👍👍👍

My appointment for pickup was 5pm , i was arrived at 7 pm.They load me in 2 hours ,good service .Checkin PD3 DOOR .

This company has good management and friendly staff. The doorman told us to go to PD1 to register. The venue is very spacious and there are many simple toilets outside. The unloading time is very fast! ?
