My daughter loves the hot chocolate from sheetz. Unfortunately, most of the time we either get half the amount in the cup, or it's full but half is froth. Why is there froth in a hot chocolate?!?!? Definitely not getting what I'm paying for!

I rarely go in to this location anymore. I usually go to wa-wa or to turkey hill down the street in Highspire. However, my husband enjoys the iced tea that Sheetz sells. I went in to this location and it was beyond dirty and it smells atrocious! This location needs someone who knows how to use bleach and water and knows how to correctly mop floors, wipe down counter tops and windows and someone to correctly clean the food area. This location is not only sticky, filthy, and grimey but smells terrible! You all should be hiring someone just to clean the store and the restrooms and keep the pump areas clean and trash emptied. It’s truly not that hard and I know of several who would be willing to apply part time just to clean and would be very good at it and could make this location welcoming!

Sitting in the drive thru for well over 25 mins for my food and as I write this I’m still waiting. Only one employee was nice enough to check on me and offer me a drink.

Probably the worst sheetz I've been to in terms of their MTO. Horribly inconsistent.1.Half the time you can't get a milk shake past like10pm because they don't want to keep their ice cream machine running.2. Of the two times I ordered on my phone and picked up in store the first time I thought you pick up from the regular MTO counter, but there is a dedicated mobile order rack for MTO orders that I didnt see. The second time I watched the mobile order rack for 35 mins before my food was put there only to realize that the food was lukewarm and my shake was all melted, so I imagine they had my food at the counter without my knowledge. Are you guys smoking crack back there or something? Could you guys be any more inconsistent?!?

Ordered food from here, was accused of stealing (something I did NOT do!) they made my food all wrong and didn't give it to me until they were done lecturing me and threatening me with arrests. Horrible experience and a horrible restaurant
