I've never had an order go thru this office that didn't get messed up! They opened my order of multiple items, repackaged it and shipped what was "left". How do I know you ask? Because the company I ordered from uses specific boxes and mine came in a plain box with a cut out white cardboard hazard box address label!!!! Something needs to be done about this place!

I’m 100% sure that my $1,000 phone was stolen from this facility! I had two packages under the same tracking number/same delivery and only one was delivered, when I asked the driver where the other one was he told me he only had one. Also, they are so unorganized, unprofessional, and terrible at helping their customers. Many representatives I have spoken to lied about the placement of my package until I forced the truth out of one of them. If your package is being held at this facility please expect the absolute worst!

Absolutely horrid. Package arrive at Middletown at 5:47am on Friday.. somehow didn’t make the Saturday truck despite being in their building for over 24 hours.. so now it’s being delivered Tuesday, and we don’t get a refund. Where else can you have the pleasure of paying for a service, not getting what was promised, and still being required to pay full price? Abysmal company employing the talentless.

The driver sent out with my package from her knocked quietly while there’s a door bell waited like no time then ran as my nursing wife was trying to fix herself to check why the dog was barking, the service these guys provide is trash and they don’t need paid more they need to be put on higher standards and forced to prove they should be worth more…. I was told I’d receive a call back in an hour to try to fix the issue after being hung up on twice so their customer service is garbage and accountability nonexistent., definitely toward the top of the list for me for poor customer service skills they don’t make sure the customer is satisfied…

Package has been sitting at this facility since the 16th with the excuse that there is severe weather in the area causing a delay until the 22nd. An Easter present for my 6 year old. Btw, there has been no bad weather lying POS

They don't have any open line of communication to solve shipping errors. Even when there isn't an error I have had multiple packages lost under their care. They overwork and underpay their staff. Overall not a great shipping service.

I ordered glasses and it shows they are at this facility since Feb 24th and estimated delivery date would be Feb 25th here it’s is March 9 th showing my glasses are still at the facility what the go is going on

I sent my Amazon FBA package here, but it got lost and stuck. Had to file a claim and reach out to them. UPS is awful—never ship to this facility!

Just recently put in an order on an Etsy page and I still have yet to receive my items. I was told that I had received my package January 23rd and it is now the 31st I'm afraid that they have stolen my package.

I ordered my package on 06/11 and received updates everyday. But once my package reached this UPS location on 06/18, it disappeared. It was declared lost by the merchant and I was able to get a refund, but I was unable to get an explanation to what happened to my package to this day. I just hope none of my packages have to pass through the location again. 0 of of 10 would not recommend.
