I bought car parts from Ebay. The first part was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I questioned USPS about the part, and at first, they couldn't find it. Then they finally figured out that my car part was mistakenly sent to Nordstrom. Days later, I finally got the part. The second part is now late and has been in transit for 3 days now. It does not take 3 days to go from Middletown to Highspire.

Window is never open anymore. Very inconvenient when you have certified time sensitive mail you need to pick up.

Mail saying delivered never delivered. Bought a camera, no-one even attempted delivery! All within the last year! This place has really gone down hill! Do not ship usps! Must be through fed ex or ups to get to home delivery!!

I would leave 0 if i could! Ever since my daughter moved to this town, she NEVER gets anything I send unless I send it UPS! 6 packages this year alone , LOST! You call and noone ever answers, rings and rings then dead! I filed complaint afyer complaint, still noone has done a thing! They don't care either! 2 packages went to lost and gound rather than return to sender, lost forever and they don't care! They have no training, 3 were sent General delivery and sent back instead of held for pickup because someone was not properly trained , theu had NO IDEA what general pick up meant! This post master and the whole crew should be terminated! DISGRACE! I WILL BE PERSUING IN FEDERAL COURT!
Edit, after theu told us they were sent back, mysteriously, 2 showed up at her door step, the same doorstep they told me DID NOT EXIST!

Two separate times I've sent packages to my daughter and grandchildren only to have them sent to wrong address. Fortunately the person took them to this post office.They put them in lost and found but they can't find them Oh BTW there's a return address on them. So we decided to use hold for pickup for my grand babies Christmas presents. Guess they don't educate these people cause they are sending them back.
This place is heartless,and obviously needs overhauled or just torn down.

man inside was rude and didn’t want to do his job by scanning all my packages in because i didn’t have a “consignment form” which i’ve never had an issue with at any other post office other than this one

The older gentleman is extremely rude. I got displaced from my home due to a fire and had to have mail forwarded there. Every time I’d come in to get my mail he would say that I needed a new address because the post office wouldn’t hold it anymore. When I told him I was homeless and living in a hotel he just shrugged like it wasn’t his problem. He told me to get a post office box and then told me I couldn’t get one because I didn’t have a permanent address. He lacks compassion, professionalism and common human courtesy.

I would like to know how a post office can lose somebody’s mail and not care that they lost it. I went in the post office today to pick up my mail that I had on hold and the guy that was there told me he could not find my mail and I said what do you mean you can’t find my mail and he says just like I said I can’t find your mail and didn’t even care that my mail was lost. He shrugged his shoulders and told me that he had other people waiting in line.

We were originally told to get in early for Priority Mail to get it on "the early truck". Now the Priority Mail sits until 4pm. Why bother? Also, the priority mail is taking 8 and 9 days for things we send from this office. Mailed 8/12 at 8:54 am. Stil not even in the state of delivery as of 8/19 at 7:20am. T

The older man working the front desk has been extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. We lost our apartment due to a fire and gives us an extreme attitude everytime we go pick up our mail. Truly awful person making an awful situation worse

Got a call from Christina about a mail hold. Came in to pick up my mail. She doesn’t know where ANY of my mail is even though they called me first, and they acted like they didn't contact me first until I pulled up the voicemail they left me asking about the above topic. Believe the reviews you read about this location. I filed a complaint just now with the inspector general. Hopefully it will lead somewhere since I was willing to be interviewed.

Post Master Christine is very rude to customers and her staff. Witnessed the verbal abuse she dishes out to the people who work day in and day out there. She needs to be replaced, because being rude to staff decreases morale and creates a hostile enviroment. The job is hard on people as is, bring in a tyrant just makes it harder.

Just moved to Middletown pa never had an issue living in a big city (NY) with my mail since I’ve been here about to be one year, lost or got delivered to another house. The people in Middletown pa obviously don’t have consideration bringing my mail back to me especially the ones that got lost or never delivered was super important Tax documents and IRS stuff they take 2-3 days to call back and tell me it was because of holidays or should be coming. This was months ago now recently just got a tax document in the mail that was supposed to come first week of November (2023)still waiting. Super unprofessional especially the mail carrier they always on phone instead of delivering the right mail, place needs newer and better workers or shutdown wish I can talk to the owner or property management for usps this Middletown pa should be professional and do the job right

If you like waiting to pickup mail or waiting in line this is the USPS for you. The one clerk acts nice but give off a "I know better than you vibe." He also gets mad when you ask for stamps. Also in the drop off for packages this post office will cry if you have more than 3 packages "you need a pickup scan sheet." The clerks are a bunch of babies.
