Waited over half an hour because they only have 1 teller during peak hours just to be told you need an account to break larger bills into smaller ones. Don't do your banking with a company that has these kind of policies. If they're not willing to help customers, why would anymore make an account with you. Complete waste of time, do your business with another bank.

I am having issues trying to get access to the funds in my account because they closed my account out and they won't allow me access to my funds in this bank to take it out or allow me to open a new account here or help me to open a new account here etc.

I would not recommend going to this branch. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and she would not take because I was 15 minutes late. We had 1 hour reserved so I could add my sons name to my account. She still had 40 minutes, all said and done never go to this branch.

I did not have a good experience here , just because I was late 12 mins for my appointment they weren’t willing to take me, just to add a social security number on to my account, which doesn’t take an hour to do, anyways I’ll avoid this branch in the future
