Normally, I have no problem with this place. I work 9-5 a half an hour away so I cannot make it to the window during the week. I go Saturday morning if I need to go to the window. But I've been trying to hurry home after work to stop at the post office because their lobby is supposed to be open until 6. Multiple times I have showed up at 5:49 or 5:50 and the door is already locked. The window isn't even open so nobody has to deal with customers. I don't understand why the lobby is locking early.

Seems like they finally got rid of all the irresponsible kids that were working there. Employee there today was very professional and easy to do business with.

Midway PA post office lobby hours are horrible! If you get your mail at 730 am on your way to work, you're late for work. Not everyone can leave work on time and get there to pick up mail before they close the lobby at 600 pm. Most po boxes are too small and mail gets damaged if you don't pick up at least every other day. I'm lucky if I can get my mail twice a week! Resident of Midway, extend the lobby hours!!
