Terrible customer service and unwillingness to help. I only left one star because I couldn't leave zero. Showed up 30 minutes before they closed, and they refused to check messages for a new prescription. At 6:00 sharp they pulled the gate down right in front of me. From previous experience with this pharmacy, the staff has consistently been unfriendly. I will no longer use this store.

Tina at the mifflinburg CVS was so very friendly and helpful to me and I thank her for that.. it makes a huge difference when you don't feel rushed or like your bothering the worker with questions..so thank you Tina you will be the reason I come back!!

I only want a prescription filled once in a while and I would like to call that in or have my doctor call it in. Instead I receive almost daily reminders of available vaccines. I am notified of prescriptions ready to pick up that I do not use any more and certainly would not ask for auto-fill. When I try to call to be removed from this list there is no way to reach a human.

I can't remember the last time they actually had all my prescriptions correct. I have 4. The BEST part is they take ZERO responsibility for THEIR mistakes. Their system didn't update. The doctor didn't update the dosage(even though they (CVS Miff) gave me the correct dosage previously). It was even MY fault, somehow? Even the pharmacist dismissed me when i brought up their error! Mind you, i never spoke directly to her and was not rude in any way, she said, "I'm not gonna argue about this!". What?? Best part is they actually wanted me to pay for the incorrect dose! I said I'd wait for the correct dose to come in. They never ordered it! I told my doctor to stop sending scripts their way. Being inept and incompetent are not traits I want in a pharmacy.

Prices are absurd. $6.79 for a simple plain teasing comb? $5 for Bobby pins. And there was stuff way more absurd than that. Don't go there unless you have money.

Love most things about CVS except for the drive thru wait which is extremely long due to the covid testing which I understand is imperative, there should be 2 lanes open one for testing the other for med pick up and drop off this is not fair for the elderly and infirmed!!!

Friendly staff but the Drive thru takes forever and it always has a long line!! I waited almost an hour with only one car in front of me!! People got so tired of waiting and by the time they got to me there were 5-6 cars in each lane! And when I got there it was only 1. There's no reason it should take that long

We went in for the flu shot and a pneumonia vaccine. The pharmacist was kind and polite, and got both of our vaccines done quickly! The store was clean and organized, and the vaccine area was private and out of the way.

This CVS is a nice place to be. It is very clean inside. They have self checkouts. The staff is very friendly the Pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable. You can pretty much find a lot of things and the prices are reasonable. All of the isles are clearly marked. They have a drive through with two lanes. During the current times of COVID, they do self testing at the 1st lane closest to the store.
