Love this bank. Even though we moved out of state we still keep our checking account here. Love the fact that I can call and talk to a person without going through a bunch of prompts. Every time time I have had a reason to call the personal we always helpful and pleasant.

Switched to Mifflinburg Bank from Northumberland National almost 2 years ago and I wouldn't switch back for anything. The staff here at Mifflinburg are super friendly and helpful

I have been a loyal customer of Mifflinburg Bank & Trust since my very first bank account at 14 years old. Through marriage, several moves, new jobs, Mifflinburg Bank has ALWAYS provided us with fantastic service and customized products to fit our needs. The staff know us by name, serve us like family, and even provide unique events for our children. I didn't know that it was possible to love a bank this much.

Great experiences working with MBTC - very easy to link personal and professional accounts in one login and the loan officers for commercial credit have been wonderful. Fast and clear communication and a very easy processes.

Went in w/my husband to open an account.Was told the csr will be with us shortly.20minutes passed & no one came over nor said any word to us while there was barely any other clients around!This bank doesn’t seem to need new accounts?!Poorest customer service I’ve had!

Horrible service, i get judgmental looks from the staff everytime i deposit a check, my papers have been messed up multiple times by the staff and i dont recommend this bank to anyone

We love the hometown friendly service at this bank. We use the Mifflinburg branch. We've been with this bank for over 20 years. They have excellent fraud protection service! We got a fraud charge recently and the bank notified us within minutes of the charge and we were able to lock the card! The staff is also friendly and professional!

Really glad I'm not a customer if phone customer service is an indication of how they treat people.Called with a simple, general question, and the rep acted like I was asking for free money.

A couple months back I was with this bank and I forgot to do a deposit and the woman at the counter was very rude she said "seriously as she rolled her eyes at me she had a really bad attuide problem these are the people you will hire here ????at the bank I will gladly take my Service else were the next week I transfered Banks WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY‼️‼️

Very outdated. Anytime I've called customer service I have been met with very passive woman with attitude. Probably the worst bank I've used. Definitely closing my account when back to town.

The New Berlin branch has one worker who deals with customers in an unprofessional manner. The Mifflinburg branch has a worker who gave information about a customer to another customer. Lewisburg and Selinsgrove are good branches however.A representative got back to me and I am very appreciative with how she professionally addressed my concerns.

Opened a bank account for my daughter. She is responsible with her account, and only kept what was needed in checking. The rest was kept in savings, which is good practice in case an account is compromised or a card is lost. The bank charged her multiple times for "excessive" transfers - to her OWN ACCOUNT!Just to be clear, the account was not overdrawn. Apparently you can't move 5 dollars from checking to savings without this bank taking a cut.These are nonsense, junk fees. They are "excessively" greedy. It serves no plausible purpose except to separate you from your money.Other banks doesn't do this. When I mentioned this to the branch manager at the credit union, they said, "why would they do that?" I have no answer...So much for the hometown bank looking out for you. They are money grabbers just like the big banks. At least at the big banks you can get a hold of someone...Closed the account immediately, would not recommend.

I been with this bank for 5+ years now. I go to the millheim branch regularly. I need a new bank card so i go in and they sent me on my way with paperwork to fill out. But this paperwork was for opening a new account. So i call the mifflinburg branch and speak with a lady who was a great help on july 23- and my bank card will be here in 7-10 days- great. Now its August 18- and still no card- so i call and speak to someone who gives me attitude just because im asking about my card. Turns out my card was never ordered and i would have to go through the hole process again. I ask to speak to someone in charge and she never gets anyone other than her to speak with.
